We want you to feel confident when investing in Lovelaced. This policy explains when refunds apply.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods (e.g. templates, downloads, prompt packs), all sales are final. If you encounter a technical issue (like a broken link or file error), please contact us and we’ll replace or re-send your purchase.

Services

For coaching, intensive sessions, or custom services:

• Full refunds are available if you cancel before work begins.

• Once services have been delivered or commenced, refunds are not available.

Events & Workshops

• Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event.

• Within 7 days of the event, refunds are not offered, but you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us.
